We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment.
Cancellations under 24 hours may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee and/or 50% of the grooming fee.

Please note that if clients arrive more than 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment time, a $15 late fee will be applied, and there is a possibility that the appointment may be forfeited.
